MEADOWPARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Swimming Pool Regulations
POOL HOURS:  8 AM UNTIL 10 PM DAILY (In Season)
 
1. Private Pool - This is a private pool with admittance by key only.  It is for the use of Meadowpark HOA residents only and “approved guests”.   

1. Approved Guests – Each household may bring a maximum of three (3) guests to the pool at any time.
2. Each homeowner may bring their children and their grandchildren.

2.Security and Safety

1. No lifeguard is on duty!  Users of this pool do so at their own risk!
2. Children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted in the pool unless a responsible adult accompanies them. 
3. Meadowpark HOA will not be responsible for accidents or injury in or around the pool.
4. Do not prop open the entry gate or the bathroom doors.  This pool is under a “secure gate” ordinance. 
5. NO GLASS CONTAINERS.  Accidents will require shutting down and cleaning of the pool.  Responsible homeowners will be responsible for this expense.
6. Use of this facility without authorization or after approved hours is subject to arrest for Trespassing.
7. No one may tamper with or remove pool equipment or furniture.  Removal of safety equipment is a violation of state law.

3.Respect

1. Be respectful of other guests and of our facility.
2. Clean up after yourself and/or your guests.
3. Return furniture to the proper location.

4.Additional Rules

1. No pets are allowed in the pool area.
2. Children in diapers or not yet trained must wear rubber pants and/or swimmer diapers.  Accidents must be reported and will require the pool to be shut down for 24 hours. 
3. Trash and refuse must be placed in proper receptacle. 
4. Swim suits are required to swim.
5. Floats and similar toys are forbidden with more than 8 people in the pool
6. Running, shoving, horseplay and loud unruly behavior are prohibited in or around the pool area.   Violators will be asked to leave
7.  Bicycles, skateboards and the like are not allowed in the pool area. 
8. Owners are responsible for children and their guest’s behavior and for any property damage they might cause.
9. Music may be played softly
10. No commercial activities except with the Board of Director’s approval.

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES AND/OR VANDALISM WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF PRIVILEGES TO USE OUR FACILITY BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
